We serve God’s Word through our Pastoral Care.

Member-to-Member Pastoral Care

Member to member pastoral care is considered one of our strengths.  St. John’s is a place where understanding, listening, compassion and help are readily available from other members.

Priest Pastoral Care

St. John’s has been very fortunate to have Father Jeff Bower as our priest.  He provides pastoral counseling in the form of home visitation, hospital visitation, pre-marital counseling, Baptism and Confirmation Counseling, funeral services and many other activities.

Lay Eucharist Visitors

LEVs (Lay Eucharist Visitors) are small group that brings communion to congregational members who are unable to attend Sunday worship.

Evangelism

Evangelism is the sharing of God’s word with the greater community.   The goal for our evangelism team is to reach and share the good news that we experience at St. John’s.
